Refund policy

This policy applies alongside our Terms of service.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Partial refunds for unused time are generally not provided after renewal.
• First subscription: 14-day refund if no substantial work has started and you request it in writing.

Projects

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Cancel before work begins for a refund minus any third-party costs already incurred.
